On March 30th and April 5th, our data center service provider encountered a routing issue due to a faulty component at their network provider. This issue temporarily affected the availability of some of our services.

The problem has been identified, and a fix has been provided by the hardware manufacturer. This fix will be implemented during the upcoming maintenance window.

During this maintenance period, the eXpurgate database servers, eXampler, and eXplain ID API will not be reachable. Additionally, email processing in eXpurgate.Cloud will be paused, with all emails being processed after the maintenance is completed. The interruption should not take more than 10 to 15 minutes.
