Delayed Replies for False Positive Reports to unblock@spamlab.biz

Due to a configuration error in our support ticketing system, false positive reports sent to unblock@spamlab.biz could not be answered between November 5, 3:00 CET and November 6, 14:00 CET.

All false positive reports we received during that time period were processed as usual but response emails could not be sent.

We will send out the missing replies during the afternoon of November 6.
