Resolved

Due to the blacklisting of some of our outbound IP addresses some outgoing emails to external recipients could not be delivered using the Outbound Protection.

The following IP addresses were affected:

194.37.255.13
194.37.255.37

The IP addresses were blacklisted at approximately 13:35 UTC and they were no longer listed around 15:00 UTC.

Since 15:10 UTC we are no longer seeing any rejected emails due to these blacklistings.
