We will be migrating eXpurgate.Cloud and associated components to our new Halon infrastructure.

Email processing will not be affected by this change. However, no configuration changes can be made during the migration window.

Once the migration is complete, please use the following addresses to access the services:

Email Configuration: https://my.expurgate.cloud (unchanged)

Configuration/Customer Portal: https://configuration.expurgate.cloud
Identity Manager: https://identity.expurgate.cloud

If you are using the APIs, please note that the same URLs are used as API endpoints and must be updated accordingly after the migration.

Important notice for customers using Active Directory Sync
After the migration, changes to the Active Directory sync configuration will be required to ensure continued synchronization. These changes must be completed within two weeks after the migration.

Affected customers have received detailed instructions by email.
