The transfer of settings from the Cloud Email Security portal to eXpurgate.Cloud begins on January 29, 2024, 10:00 am (CET). From this point on, configuration changes in the Cloud Email Security portal must be transferred manually by you to eXpurgate.Cloud.

Email processing will not be affected by the migration.

Migrating all Cloud Email Security Portal configurations will take several hours. Once the data transfer is complete, customers will receive an email from the dataglobal group Identity Manager (dg identity) with information on activating the new user account. Please contact Support should you not have received an email to activate your user account by Wednesday, February 1, 2024 (CET).

Log in to eXpurgate.Cloud, check the settings, and confirm them. Only after confirmation, the new settings become active and eXpurgate.Cloud takes over control of email processing.
